We Love Radio - December 2009
An extended version of the podcast this month to see out 2009. We have some jazz with a definite urban feel chosen for us by We Love resident Mr. Doris, plus a previously unheard version of a track from the recent Deepgroove album "13 Machines." Deepgroove were guests in the We Love Discoteca back in August. Our Dj in the mix this month is Funkagenda and we feature extended highlights of his storming debut set, closing the sunset terrace on August 30th 2009. This set has never previously been heard on the podcast and it is definitely worth the wait.....what a way to see out the year!! The podcast is hosted by Tom Brown.

We Love Radio - November 2009
The first of our monthly podcasts, uploaded later than planned so apologies for that, looks back at the closing party at Space on September 27th. Following our part 1 edition we talk to more of the Djs playing on the night, including Jem Haynes, Jon Sa Trinxa, Mr. Doris, Smokin Jo and Andy Baxter. They also pick out their top tracks for the summer. Our Dj in the mix is Smokin Jo, recorded live and exclusive on the covered terrace at the We Love Space closing party.

We Love Radio - Sept 27th 2009
The final edition of our 16 week series of podcasts and we are at the closing party! An extended version of a 2 part closing party podcast, with part 2 being the first of our monthly podcasts at the end of October. We get words and music from Steve Lawler, Alfredo, Jason Bye, Andy Carroll and David Phillips as they look back on the 2009 season and select the tracks that define the season for them. Our DJ in the mix is We Love resident Paul Woolford....who played a storming set on the covered terrace and we have highlights. We Love Radio - Sept 20th 2009
The penultimate edition of our 16 week summer series of podcasts and we head back onto the sunset terrace. Special guests playing 10 - midnight were Mark Brown and Nick Correlli from MYNC and we have highlights from their set in this weeks podcast. Our DJ in the interview this week is We Love resident Alex Wolfenden who this week was opening up the covered terrace. We also feature an interview with Gemma Peppe from the Hepatitis C Trust, who this week was at We Love Sundays to raise awareness for their 'Get Tested' campaign. We Love Radio - Sept 13th 2009
Week 14 in our 16 week summer series of podcasts coming live and direct from Space nightclub in Ibiza. This week we feature San Francisco based Claude Von Stroke as our DJ in the mix, recorded on the covered terrace and our DJ in the interview is Berlin based DJ Hell. Claude Von Stroke played an awesome set on the terrace and we feature 50 minutes of highlights from that set. We speak to DJ Hell about his recent Teufelswerk album, which has been described by many as the best electronic dance album of all time. We also feature 2 tracks on the podcast this week, one from Snuff Crew and the other from DJ Hell's Teufelswerk album. Tom Brown hosts the podcast and Ruth Osborne takes care of the backstage reportage.

Week 13 in our 16 week series of podcast produced live and direct from the global clubbing capital of Ibiza. This week we speak with USA based production duo Metro Area, who made their debut Ibiza appearance on the Covered Terrace playing the 11-1am set. We also feature two tracks on the podcast by Metro Area including an exclusive listen to Paul Woodford's remix of THE SHORE by Morgan Geist, who is one half of Metro Area. Our Dj in the mix is the amazingly talented Dutch DJ/producer Joris Voorn. After his first appearance at Space this year back in June there were high expectations of his live set in the Discoteca this week and the man definitely delivered the goods. We have live and exclusive highlights of his brilliant set on the podcast this week. The show is presented by Tom Brown with back stage reportage from Ruth Osborne.

Week 12 of the 16 week summer series of podcasts and this week we speak with 2 DJs linked with WE LOVE SOUNDS in Australia. Our DJ in the mix is Ben Korbel who besides being a We Love resident DJ in 2009 is also one of the key organisers of the We Love Sounds events in Australia. He was playing the midnight til 1.30am set on the covered terrace this week and we feature exclusive highlights from his set. Alex Taylor is a Sydney based Dj/producer who was this week special guest on the Sunset Terrace. We catch up with Alex and talk about his work in Sydney and also get him to select this week's tracks for the show. This week we speak with Tom and Ed from the Chemical Brothers who played an amazing Dj set this week in the Discoteca. Speaking of amazing DJ sets, our DJ in the mix this week is James Zabiela, who played 3am -4.30am on the covered terrace and we were there to record some great highlights. Week 9 of our 16 week summer series of podcast compiled and produced at live and direct from Space nightclub in Ibiza. This week at We Love featured Grace Jones performing with a full live band in the discoteca and so we include two tracks past and present from the lady herself. Our DJ in the mix this week is Lottie, who performed an awesome set just ahead of Grace Jones' live appearance in the discoteca. We will have selected highlights of that set in this weeks podcast....not to be missed! We also speak with Wall of Sound's Mark Jones. Both Grace and Lottie are on the Wall of Sound roster which made it something of a Wall of Sound party in the discoteca this week, climaxing with Ocelot performing the closing set. SMD played 2-4am on the Space covered terrace this week and it was definitely one of this seasons best DJ performances. We talk with UK based producer/DJ Mat Playford this week, who was opening DJ on the covered terrace this week. Mat tells us about his vodcast and why he is embracing new technology to enable people to access his music. Our DJs in the mix this week are Berlin based duo Tiefschwarz. They played headline set this week on the covered terrace and definitely raised the roof with an awesome set that packed out the whole room between 2.30 and 4.30am this week. We also preview a new track by Tim Deluxe and get take a listen to a new tune from Mat Playford's forthcoming album. Week 5 of the We Love Ibiza summer podcast series live and direct from Space nightclub. This week we have an awesome set from Serge Santiago, making his first We Love Sundays guest appearance for 2009. His 12-2am set on the terrace was one of the highlights of the night and we have exclusive highlights on this week's podcast. The third of 16 weekly podcasts that will be produced live and direct from the We Love Sundays event at Space nightclub in Ibiza. This week our DJ in the mix is recognised as one of the true founding fathers of the Balearic sound, Alfredo.
As one of the original set of 80S DJs that laid the musical foundations for the Ibiza of today, Alfredo is a true Ibiza legend.

He has a 16 week sunset terrace residency with We Love Sundays this year and this is a chance to listen exclusively to part of one of his truly eclectic sets.
We also speak with covered terrace guest DJ Ralph Lawson, who talks about his new album with his band 2020 soundsystem and also gives us the heads up on why being a DJ on tour is better than being in a band! He also picks out a couple of upfront new tracks for this weeks show which is hosted in Ibiza by Tom Brown.

In this week's edition we present 60 minutes of live mix from the Discoteca featuring Busy P and DJ Mehdi. They played an amazing 3-hour set last weekend and on the podcast this week we exclusively bring you some of the highlights of that set. We also speak with Terrace guest Guy Williams making his once only visit to We Love... Sundays for 2009. Guy also picks out a couple of his latest tracks, including his remix of Grace Jones' new single, Love you to Life.

We Love Radio - June 16th 2009

We're back with the first of 16 all new weekly editions of the podcast for 2009. Each week we feature a different DJ live in the mix, recorded at full quality and with all the atmosphere and ambience from the We Love crowds.

In this final edition of the winter series of monthly podcasts Tom Brown speaks with Ryan O Gorman from the Burlington Project who will be hosting the Red Box on alternate weeks with Chew the Fat!

We go through Ryan choice of 'desert island discs' and speak about his past time in Ibiza.

We also catch up with Paul Arnold from Chew the fat! and get a rundown of their plans for the Red Box during the 2009 season.

The next podcast will be out around June 20th and will feature highlights from the We Love Sundays opening party. Also new for 2009, the podcast will feature broadcast quality set recordings from all of the We Love musical arena's.
