Farewell and adieu...
Slowly the streets are emptying, boards are covering shop windows, kitchens are closed. All the signs heralding the looming winter are clearly visible, and so we are forced to accept the sonic voyage is over again for another year.
Our lil' sayonara soiree turned out to be a monster, and while we have never been about the numbers, we definitely felt the love last Sunday, as record numbers turned out to bid us adieu, and the monumental party that ensued was such a fantastic way to end the summer.
While many on the island felt the wrath of the powers that be this summer as the supremacy tightened its grip on the merry makers, and the doom of the impending credit crunch, we still managed some storming parties. Moments were had and shit was spoken! Trying to pin down specific moments of brilliance becomes a task by the end of the summer as it all seems to blur into a maelstrom of clubs, parties, random villas, guest list queues, little round things, drink tickets, chuppitos, a barrage of beats, skewed grooves and blistering techno, lasers and swirls of coloured things, club toilets, midnight swims, gorilla costumes, until you're not sure if it's your memory or a Hunter S Thompson flick you are wading through. Thanks to everyone that has partied with us over the last few months, it's been emotional, but the time has come to down the glow sticks for another year and tuck in for hibernation.

DJ Mix - Fucks 'n' Kisses Fucks and kisses are a pair of bright young things making waves from london to Manchester. Their separate takes on electronic music makes this duo a killer combination, bound by a common love for techno. Their sound is fringed on one side by Fucks' love for house...on the other by Kisses’ darker disco and more beat driven enthusiasms. This contrast heralds a variation to their sets not seen everyday. Playing everything from party orientated house sets, through the top end techno sets and into the darker twists of an after-hours session. Their mix, over 4 decks, blends disco infused 80s techno with modern jackin’ house it includes tracks from Yazoo, Tiefschwarz and Thomas Bangler.
