WE LOVE... AUGUST!
It's stinking hot. There's traffic chaos. The beaches are rammed. The hotels are overcrowded (and some would say overpriced!). This can only mean one thing: WELCOME TO AUGUST IN IBIZA! Despite the island's collective moaning - the bloody non-Spanish residents of Ibiza always find something to complain about - we love it... Really we do - just check out the line-ups below to see why!
Highlights for the rest of August include:
August 7:
It's a double whammy for long-term We Love resident James Zabiela, celebrating both his birthday and his 10-year anniversary as our resident! As special guest programmer for the Discoteca, he's chosen Pearson Sound/Ramadanman and Apparat both of whom will be making their Ibiza debut, plus Tom Budden and Spektre to join him on the night... Meanwhile, Groove Armada are back on the Terraza presenting Red Light with the mighty 2manydjs and Thomas Gandey offering support. Rock Nights return to the fore of the Sunset Terrace with a DJ set from Mystery Jets, the Italian takeover of the Red Box comes courtesy of Savana Potente and the Black Rabbits hop back into El Salon...

August 14:
Funkagenda arrives for the third of his four summer dates on the Sunset Terrace, alongside Jem Haynes and We Love's official beat master Ian C on live percussion; the Terraza hosts heavy hitters Joris Voorn, Felix & Al of Hot Chip, Paul Woolford and Mat Playford while the Discoteca is hosted by Chew The Fat!, who welcome Felix Da Housecat, Simian Mobile Disco and Foamo for another night of mayhem. Meanwhile, Alfredo, Ben Korbel and Andy Carroll keep the Balearic vibes flowing up on the Green Valley Terrace, Paul Mogg returns for another extended El Salon session and Savana Potente continue to reign over the Red Box with a very special guest from across the Atlantic in the shape of Dj Qu.

August 21:
It's a huge one, as seminal label Soma celebrates 20 years in the game - head honchos Slam take over the Discoteca alongside James Zabiela, Joris Voorn and Jem Haynes whilst the Terraza takes on a quirky electronica vibe, with Miss Kittin and Matthew Dear joining Smokin' Jo and Ryan O'Gorman. It's full steam ahead for Rock Nights on the Sunset Terrace; Italian Ferragosto continues with more Savana Potente action in the Red Box, while London's Disco Bloodbath head boy Damon Martin joins Bones in El Salon. Brazilian Green Valley resident Ferris hits the rooftop Green Valley Terrace, in the good company of Alfredo and Ian Blevins.

August 28:
Things get techno heavy in the Discoteca with Jeff Mills, Technasia and Deepgroove; Groove Armada bring another Red Light Session to the Terraza along with one of the most diverse lineups the room sees this summer: disco doyen Dimitri From Paris with Ralph Lawson, Geddes and PBR Streetgang. The Moda gang returns to the Sunset Terrace - with Jaymo & Andy George at the helm, welcoming Retro/Grade, Russ Chimes and We Love stalwart Jason Bye, while After Dark sees Mr Doris joined by the very eclectic selections of Andy Carroll. El Salon is taken over by Bottin and the Tirk Records crew, Savana Potente's last night in the Red Box boasts a major lineup including Tini, ManuL and YaYa - right next door, Jamie 'Fatneck' whips the open air Green Valley Terrace into a frenzy in his own inimitable way.
