An open air roof terrace, the Premier Etage has a positively eclectic policy on selectors and their selections. Although considered a place to chill while the sun goes down, certain DJs have set the moonlit floor alight with extended after-midnight sets. Expect highly regarded and ambitious youngsters at the controls alongside consummate veterans of the Balearic scene such as legendary folk-hero Alfredo. In 2010, resident Ian Blevins "made the room his own" according to those in the know, and is back for more in 2011.
