Vincent
Raised on the underground scene of Turin and due to his susceptibility to music incited by his music teacher of the secondary school, Vincent Fer soon was discovered as one of the most talented and appreciated name of a city known for its underground music. Just two years of daily devotion of learning to master his equipment, controllers and diabolic machines, has been enough for him and fellow musician Drent, to play to the breakfasters of town: the people of the renowned after party Doctor Sax. At the same time Vincent Fer has gained the confidence of the promoters of one of the most well known party of the whole peninsula: Savana Potente where the young boy has his residency and has been spinning the decks for a year. "One of the most delicate warm up that has ever been done to me" these are the words sentenced by Vera from Mara Trax, before her Christmas set alongside her husband, Dorian Paic. After two releases on the Silenzio netlabel, Vincent Fer's next release comes out on the Carnival digital, the label where the young boy works daily to improve his skills and to gain a future, that has already started.....
Drent
Drent begins his musical career in 2001 when his friend Vincent Fer introduce him to the djing world. His style is influenced by the Detroit artists such as Underground Resistance. Playing music was not enough for Drent so he learned to use production instruments and devices like drum machines and synthetizers and the best music softwares like Cubase and Ableton Live. This, combined with the wish to experiment, makes him, at the age of 20 years old, popular in the international scene thanks to his track Lost In Africa, out on Esperanza played and supported by Dj's like Luciano. Today he plays in the best clubs of Turin and produce his music at the Carnival Records studios. In this musical factory Drent creates his unique and novel live act, which is inspired by artists like Bruno Pronsato. Thanks to the collaboration between him and Vincent Fer, Drent will release his first track called Old Skull in 2010 on Carnival Records.
