Miss Issie Nixon Is at the moment one of the key pieces of the “Ibizan” scene. As a native of the island Ibiza, she has lived and breathed the music and the nightlife from the very beginning. Influenced by all the good artist that this small island hides, her first resident teacher at the time of “El DIvino” Iñaky Garcia followed by Soldado one of the first residents at Space back in 89. Also not to forget Nano Vergel , Sergi RIbas and Graham Sahara, who dj'ed at “konga” the club where Issie made her first steps… the real crazy underground.

In a scene overloaded with International dj’s, the local dj’s are acquiring a greater presence in the clubs of Ibiza, and certainly Issie is one of these names with greater force.

Issie is a regular at the opening and closing parties and the anniversary of Space, with weekly residences in parties like Soldiers @ Privilege or Goa @ Space and constant visits to Pacha and El Divino or through the weekly radio show with Ibiza Global Radio.Issie is present throughout the day in Ibiza. This constant work has served as a showcase to the outside world and  in the last years she has played in places such as Dreamers Marbella, Douala Stutgart, the Egg London and Cocoon in Frankfurt, not to mention many other clubs and events in the mainland spain.

Always a creative mind, she occupies her time producing her own event Kinky Doll with a particular philosophy and a pin up punk image that has been seen in many places in Ibiza, but what made her be in the eye spot for sure where the secret parties with “Elektra Sound System”

She is also producing music with engineers like Scan Mode and Ramon Cebrerio, the tracks will be released in Mona Records and Escastical Records. Her First track has and old electronic tech sound going back to her roots, its called “Del Revés” this has been remixed by Ben Sims and coming out on his record Label “Theory”.

Her sets can take you on a trip from Deep and minimal house, house, tech house and techno always always with a touch of groove and melody.

She has a soft spot for Chicago where she spent 3 months in the winter of 2010 before going to MIami Music COnference where she had 3 gigs with "The Legend of DOom", "KInky DOll" and POpstarz.

In Chicago Issie played for well known events like Freakeasy or BOom BOom room. ALso in many other venues.

Now spending the summer in Ibiza where she has residencies at Delano Beach Club, Guarana and most Saturdays at Space.
